I was able to do a mural for WTKR, and PRA Group during Norfolk’s NEON Festival.

The mural features a meteorologist announcing the changing weather while being filmed by a camera crew. Included in the piece is a nod to the NEON District’s decommissioned red Labor of Love artwork by Hannah Kirkpatrick. The mural resides on WTKR’s garage. Really enjoyed working on this and many thanks to DNC.
