Art 180's The Really Big Show
Art 180's The Really Big Show was held this weekend at The Science Museum of Virginia. The festival featured the culmination of work from 12 programs held at various Richmond, VA schools. I was excited to see animation from Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Center and enjoyed reading the rules on how to play board games created by kids from Redd Elementary. One of these games called Cat Paws appeared to be a variation of the game Hungry Hungry Hippos.
All of the work created was great to see and take in on a nice Saturday afternoon. If you weren't able to attend a portion of the work will be on view at Atlas, Art 180's art center for youth for their Little Big exhibit.
